Wim is an experienced sales professional and pragmatic people manager with the ability to drive sales growth and profits by developing a friendly, well trained sales team. Under his leadership and direction the business of Flowserve Flow Control Benelux BV has significantly grown, despite the economic downturn.
He is a passionate colleague and demonstrates a very high level of commitment and integrity. But most of all he is a pleasant, loyal and trustworthy colleague and a real team player. As a member of the management team he was always looking for new ideas and developing new strategies to grow the business and improve and optimize the organization and its work processes.
